Responds to reports of possible abuse, neglect, exploitation, and self-neglect, including situations of suspected financial exploitation of persons residing in a long-term care facility.

Case workers providing services at provider agencies throughout the state are trained and certified by the Illinois Department on Aging.
Intensive services for DuPage County families who are at risk of having their children removed and placed in foster care. Services include in-home visits and referrals to local community resources to help parents address challenges that negatively affect their ability to care for their children.
