Limited financial assistance through the DuPage Medical Assistance Program (DPMAP) for medical fees for individuals not covered by insurance. Types of services covered include medical screening, vision screening, dental care, medication management screening, mental health screening.
Payment assistance for prescription medications
Free pharmacy dispensing a limited number of medications for free to low income and uninsured individuals. Eligible individuals can receive up to 90 days of medication at a time with a valid prescription. A program of the DuPage Health Coalition.
