Application process
(1) Apply and enroll in health insurance from www.healthcare.gov. (2) Choose a Silver Level plan. (3) Use entire Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC). (4) Select a plan from any insurance company available for the current year. (5) Apply for Silver Access.

Eligibility
Reside in DuPage County; U.S. citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident; Does not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare; Able to enroll in a Marketplace Health Insurance Plan.
