Offers a Customer Service Call Center, 630-256-INFO (4636) to provide non-emergency assistance and information: Complaints regarding zoning and ordinance violations such as junk and trash, tall weeds and grass; street maintenance reports such as potholes, street light outages, and request for graffiti removal; sale of garbage stickers, orange garbage bags for seniors, acceptance of water bill payments and pet registrations, and information regarding City of Aurora special events.
Case Management Services - information and referral to community services from other providers.
Bilingual services to low-income households through its statewide toll-free Hunger Hotline. Callers are assisted in applying for the Supplemental Nutrition Service (SNAP), All Kids, Medicaid, Medicare, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and provided with referrals to other social services and food pantries.
