Oversees multiple Outreach programs, including Jubilee Village (transitional housing), Outreach Community Center (after-school and summer school programs, case management services for emergency food, housing, public benefits), Wheaton Youth Outreach (counseling services, crisis intervention, transitional housing and housing expense assistance) and the York Community Resource Center.
