The Dads’ Program provides one-on-one support to help achieve personal, professional, and parenting goals. The goal is to empower young dads to be the best version of themselves and build strong connections with their families.
6-month program that provides housing and a structured daily living for men both with and without a history of substance abuse. Those in need of assistance with substance use challenges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Assists veterans and their families with finding the support and opportunities they need, including family support, education, housing, legal aid, mental health struggles, disability claims, finding employment and budget counseling.

The Micro Food Pantry offers limited shelf-stable food items for veterans and their families, such as oatmeal, nuts, rice, and beans. Military Transition Assistance Programs
Intensive in-person outpatient mental health treatment. This is typically a 2-week program, 5 days a week, addressing post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), military sexual trauma (MST), and other mental health challenges.
Referrals to other VA centers or local community provides for addiction and substance use care, suicide prevention, as well as connections to other veteran support services.
Short-term housing for individuals and families who are homeless. Helps connect clients to permanent housing within 4 months of starting program.

Program that pays a fixed amount for funeral and burial expenses for eligible individuals. Payment is approved for two types of claims: 'IL444-0029 - Funeral or Burial Claim' (submitted by funeral home or cemetery), and IL444-0094 - Funeral & Burial Reimbursement Claim'.

Offers primary outpatient care, behavioral health, vision care (corrective lenses, eyeglasses), prescriptions, podiatry (foot and ankle care), telehealth, and Women Veterans' Care.
Transitional Housing for young adults who are homeless. Services for residents include educational, career guidance and resources.
Personalized job readiness skills training and job placement services for Veterans, including resume and cover letter writing, interviewing techniques and soft skills, help applying for jobs including using job search sites online; and ongoing job support and follow-up services.
Offers primary care services for veterans, behavioral health services, laboratory work and routine prescriptions.
Provides assistance with veterans benefits.
Support for caregivers of veterans, service members, members of the national guard and reservists.
