Fresh Start Services offers energy management tools, financial assistance programs, payment arrangement options and energy efficiency offerings, including providing free energy assessments and recommendations to help customers reduce energy usage.

Program that helps reduce home energy loss and cost of utilities by completing home repairs after initial home inspections. Repairs include air sealing measures, insulating walls and attics, weather stripping of exterior doors, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and LED light bulbs. **NOTICE: No new applications accepted until further notice.
