The Elmhurst Learning and Success Academy (ELSA) is a four-year, post-secondary certificate program for young adults, ages 18-28, with differing abilities.
Provides comprehensive services for deafblind clients including job readiness, training, placement, job coaching services, assistive technology assessments, independent living skills training and job soft skills training. Also provides Confident Living Program specially designed for older adults.
