The Elmhurst Learning and Success Academy (ELSA) is a four-year, post-secondary certificate program for young adults, ages 18-28, with differing abilities.

Provides comprehensive services for deafblind clients including job readiness, training, placement, job coaching services, assistive technology assessments, independent living skills training and job soft skills training. Also provides Confident Living Program specially designed for older adults.

Workforce development among adults and teenagers with Spina Bifida.

Vocational Rehabilitation program to support veterans find and maintain employment in the community. Services include Supported Employment, Transitional Work, and Community-Based Employment Services.

Comprehensive vocational rehabilitation for those who have experienced a brain injury or stroke, or have a medical condition that affects their brain functioning. Services include job training and skill development, job placement, job coaching.
