Pathways to Employment (PEP) Program - Provides access to weekly job list, workshops and recruitment events to mentor individuals in building better skills for a successful job search, job retention and growth.

Helps unemployed residents of DuPage County find and keep a job. Provides workshops and one-on-one job search coaching. Also partners with area employers to connect pre-screened candidates with employers seeking to hire. Also offers on-demand job assistance workshops and an online jobs board.

Harper College extension site offering day and evening classes, as well as career skills development. Scholarships and financial aid available.

Provides support and guidance to individuals who have been unemployed for more than six months and are actively looking for a job.

IT Career Lab offers multi-certification curriculum with hands-on training on a live network. As a Cisco Networking Academy and Microsoft Imagine Academy, classroom instruction, online coursework and live training in a state-of-the-art lab.

Grant funds available to cover the expenses of job training programs for unemployed or underemployed individuals to secure new employment.

Job-seeking training and information for Hispanics and low-income adults with limited English language skills. Employment preparation seminars cover topics including dressing for interviews, finding and responding to job openings, timeliness.

Bridge/IET Certification Programs - Helps prepare individuals for occupations in a wide variety of fields including culinary, landscaping, welding, security and custodial engineering.

Peer Workforce Development Program prepares individuals living with a mental health condition for employment in the behavioral healthcare field as a Recovery Support Specialist.
