Residential services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Multiple locations in the Northern Illinois region in Country Club Hills, Park Forest and Sauk Village. Each facility supports between 6 and 16 individuals.

Supported living homes and apartments where adults with autism and other intellectual disabilities, housing with intermittent or 24-hour support based on individual needs with opportunities for shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as assistance in accessing government assistance such as Medicaid, LINK and Social Security.

Licensed Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) through the Illinois Department of Human Services(IDHS), providing supported living to individuals and families living with disabilities.

Cupertino Home - Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) group home facility for adult males with developmental disabilities. Helps eligible adult residents with personal growth, general health, education, social and emotional well-being.
