Passengers must be able to walk on their own with minimal help; Must be able to get in out of a small airplane without heavy lifting or any special equipment; A doctor must verify that the person is medically stable and can safely fly in a small, non-pressurized plane; Must be experiencing medical or financial barrier to travel.

(4) Once a pilot has been found and confirmed by staff, passenger or designated person will communicate directly with the pilot.
