Eligibility
Resident of DuPage, Kane or Lake County; Parents must be either be working and/or enrolled in school or approved TANF activity; Must find a child care provider willing to accept child care assistance funding; Must complete the Application for Child Care Assistance; Must meet household income guidelines.

Social Security Cards for all members if available otherwise other documentation may be accepted
