Persons who are Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing (DDBHH).

Required documents

Photo ID State ID or driver's License Social Security card or a letter from Social Security with your name and social security number (copies accepted) Social security cards of dependent children W-2 forms from all jobs worked during the tax year Copies of current health insurance cards Copy of completed tax forms from previous year.

Provides amplified phone demonstrations through ITAC's free amplified phone program. Audiological services include hearing testing and guidance in the selection and use of hearing aids. Also provides tax filing services through their VITA program for DDBHH persons.
