Provides direct financial assistance for co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles required by a patient's insurer for pharmaceutical treatments and/or prescription medications prescribed to treat and/or manage existing health conditions. Also offers scholarships for students who have survived cancer or chronic illness, as well as case management for patients with serious health conditions.
