Must be a resident of York Township, Addison, most of Elmhurst, Glendale Heights, Lombard, Oak Brook, Oakbrook Terrace, Villa Park, and the York Township sections of Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale and Westmont.

(1) Arrive no later than 15 minutes before closing time. (2) Registration required on first visit, sign-in required during every following visit. (3) Bring required documentation.
