Application process
(1) Call 888-777-4620 to talk to someone from the Credit Counseling Team. (2) A staff member will set up a meeting, and a CAP Debt Center Manager will meet the applicant at home or another place they choose. (3) At the meeting, bring all needed financial papers. The Debt Center Manager will review them and send the important ones to CAP’s head office.
