Application process
(1) Schedule wedding ceremony/civil union date and provide required payment to the Clerk of the Circuit Court at https://dupagecircuitclerk.gov/WeddingApp/WeddingRegistration.html (2) Once data is scheduled, begin marriage license application on the license application webpage (3) Once license application is completed, both parties must appear at the DuPage County Clerk's Office and present proof of age, valid ID and the license fee (4) Bring marriage license issued by the County Clerk to the DuPage County Courthouse on the day of the ceremony.
