Must be residential customer of Illinois American Water; Total gross household income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.

Required documents

Proof of residence in Illinois Proof of grossly monthly income of household (includes public benefits received for children, disability, etc.) Additional documents may be required.
