Eligibility
Must be 18 or older; a U.S. citizen or legal resident; Cannot belong to an HMO, PPO, nor private insurance or have eye care benefits through the VA; Has not had an eye exam in 3 or more years; Not seen by an EyeCare America volunteer opthalmologist in the past.
