Must own a home in DuPage County or Chicago South Suburbs; Home cannot be within a Chicago zip code area; Home must be the primary residence of the applicant and/or qualifying household members; Homeowner must confirm that they will stay in the home for the near future or for the duration of the loan; Must meet income guidelines; Must agree to pay for the repairs through a deferred, zero-interest loan; Must be willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity through education and direct participation.
