(1) Schedule a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Road Test online at www.cyberdriveillinois.com or by calling 217-785-3013, Option 5, between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday (2) All CDL applicants must provide at least one proof of legal presence in the United States, refer to website for list of accepted documents and instructions (3) Provide required documents at appointment
