(1) Complete an intake during pantry hours (2) Provide 2 forms of identification (needed only during first visit): a. Photo ID b. Proof of address during intake (current utility bill with address, rent agreement) (3) A program ID card/punch card is issued after intake is completed (4) 1 visit allowed per month
