Application process

(1) Filling out online intake form by calling the listed number(s), or sending an email or fax, or Sending a postal mail to listed address. (2) Those who contact for legal assistance will have to go through an intake process to determine whether they are eligible for services. (3) Intake specialists will ask for basic information, including name, age, gender, type of disability, education level, and other information as needed.
