(1) Services provided exclusively over the phone - call the helpline (877-HELP-4-HEP) to speak to a peer counselor confidentially and free of charge. (2) Peer counselor will answer questions and provide free to low-cost Hepatitis C referrals. (3) Doctor's order may be required
