Photo ID: Driver's license, state ID, passport or consular ID card; Current utility bill in your name or the name of someone in your household, OR a copy of lease in your name; For Veterans or family members of any DuPage County active duty military personnel: DD214 or Military ID Card.
Eligibility
Residents of DuPage County whose gross monthly income falls within the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) guidelines.
