Provides pediatric and adult care, including physical exams, vaccinations and chronic disease management; mental health care including psychiatry and medication management; women's health care including pre-and post-natal care and cancer screening; and family planning including birth control, free pregnancy testing and STD/HIV testing. Also offers public benefits enrollment assistance for Medicaid and Food Stamps/SNAP.
