Households must meet income guidelines.

Required documents

Photo ID Social Security cards (or ITIN card/letter) and birth dates for all individuals that appear on your tax return copy of your 2024 tax return All income documents (W-2, 1099), proof of expenses (mortgage and property tax statements, school tuition, childcare expenses/receipts with EIN number.

Assists residents by providing healthy food, application assistance for SNAP, LIHEAP, Medicaid, and Access DuPage, income tax filing assistance and additional educational programs, including English language (ESL) classes in partnership with the College of DuPage. Offers limited assistance towards housing and utilities for Naperville residents who are experiencing a temporary financial crisis, and provides donated cars which are given to families who do not have reliable transportation to get to work.
