Photo ID; social security cards (or ITIN card/letter) and birth dates for all individuals that appear on your tax return; copy of your 2023 tax return; all income documents (W-2, 1099), proof of expenses (mortgage and property tax statements, school tuition, childcare expenses/receipts with EIN number
