Eligibility

One (1) day of active duty service; Greater than dishonorable discharge; Must have a permanent housing plan in place or have a mental health/substance use diagnosis; No history of convictions for sex-related crimes and no history of violence or aggressive behavior in the past five years; Must reside in the United States
