(1) Call either the Wheaton Youth Outreach or Jubilee Village directly at their listed numbers to complete an intake (2) If appropriate, an interview with the Program Director and Clinical Case Manager will be set up (3) If accepted into the program, a meeting will be scheduled to complete all needed paperwork and to schedule a move-in date.

Transitional housing programs at 2 locations for young women and men, and for pregnant or parenting women. Case management , counseling, and employment services are provided to participants.
