Experiencing homelessness; 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult; Must pass safety assessment which includes no history of violent felony or sex offense convictions; Priority given to DuPage County residents.
ID Proof of residence.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Access Services / Intake
English; Interpreters for additional languages can be provided.
(1) Call or walk-in to the Access Center during listed hours (2) Staff will assess needs, verify eligibility, check required documents and identify next steps, (3) Those who are missing an ID are still welcome to call Intake. (4) Those admitted to the shelter program will be given directions to the shelter location, the address listed is not the shelter location.
