Application process
(1) Call the Help Line or Main number for an intake assessment
(2) Questions about services can also be submitted through online form on website
(3) During intake interview, appropriate level of care will be determined
(4) Family, social, medical, psychiatric and financial histories will be assessed, as well as a current health assessment
(5) Admission is based on bed availability.

Additionally, provides treatment for individuals with co-occurring mental health diagnosis and primary health care services. Also offers the option of on-site, sober and safe recovery homes, services for pregnant women, family programs for women and their children, a Fatherhood Program, supported employment services and DUI Services.
