Must be at least 6 years of age; Must reside in the following areas to qualify for sliding scale fees: Wayne or Winfield Township, including the towns of West Chicago, Winfield, Warrenville, Wayne, Bartlett, Hanover Park, and Carol Stream.
Identification (driver's license, state ID, birth certificate) Proof of residence (driver's license, state ID, current utility bill or rent agreement or mortgage statement with name on it) Proof of income for household (W-2 forms, tax return documents, paystubs) Additional documents may be requested during intake.

Provides individual and group counseling, parenting classes, one on one youth tutoring.

Oversees township departments that provides services to Wayne Township residents through multiple departments including the Senior Center, the Assessor's Office, the Road District and the General Assistance Department. Services provided include Dial-a-Ride program, vehicle registration renewal, license plate sticker and more.
