Resident of DuPage County; Total gross household income may not be more than 200% of federal poverty level; Applicant must be the customer of record with the utility company.
Proof of income for all household members for the 30 days prior to the appointment Social security cards or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) for all household members Copy of current electric bill within last 30 days Copy of rental agreement (if renting) showing that utilities are included, the monthly rental amount, and landlord contact.

(1) Call DuPage County Community Services to speak with Intake and Referral, or contact your local township office, to schedule an appointment, (2) A phone intake will be completed to determine program eligibility, (3) If eligible, an appointment will be provided, (4) Applicants will need to provide all required documents at the time of appointment.
