Must be a resident of York Township, Addison, most of Elmhurst, Glendale Heights, Lombard, Oak Brook, Oakbrook Terrace, Villa Park, and the York Township sections of Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale and Westmont.
Required documents
Parent's ID and proof of residence within service area
Proof of child's age (medical card, WIC card or birth certificate).

(1) Arrive at least 15 minutes before closing time, (2) Walk in and register with required documents on first visit, (3) Sign-in at desk for all following visits.
