People at least 18 years of age who have a brain injury, stroke, brain tumor, traumatic injury, or progressive disease can take part; Must be able to take their own medications and not be at risk of wandering away: Must be able to participate in activities without behavioral problems; Must be able to transfer with no more than basic help from one person.
Photo ID Proof of age (driver's license, state ID or passport) Proof of income (for sliding scale fee).
