Home/Community Based Care Waiver Programs | Hanul Family Alliance - Mount Prospect

Provides comprehensive, community-based services in Korean and English for aging adults and families of all ethnicities and age groups. Services include home care, nutrition programs, public benefits application assistance including Medicaid, Medicare and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), crime victim assistance, immigration and citizenship assistance, counseling, wellness programs and classes, and cognitive health seminars.
