(1) Visit website to locate a kidney mobile screening near you. (2) Call office during listed hours and ask to speak to the KidneyMobile Manager. (3) Email Regina White at [email protected] for assistance. (4) Mobile screenings are scheduled between March and November. (5) No registration needed to attend a mobile screening
